Our Master Chef

Wang Zheng, at the age of 16, began learning how to make Peking Duck at Quanjude, the most famous Peking Duck restaurant in China. He has worked as a Peking Duck instructor in various locations, including Beijing, Shandong, Hubei, Guangdong, Fujian, Sichuan, Jiangsu, Shanghai in China, as well as in Melbourne, Australia, and Sri Lanka. In 2004, he was awarded the Quanjude Star Chef for Peking Duck, and in 2014, he received the title of Quanjude's Best Peking Duck Chef. During his time working in China, he served at the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics and the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics. He has had the honor of preparing Peking Duck for three consecutive Presidents of the International Olympic Committee: Mr. Samaranch, Mr. Rogge, and Mr. Bach. Chef Wang Zheng is renowned for his exceptional Peking Duck skills, and his outstanding dishes have been featured in numerous media outlets.
